Talis accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation. Once payment is received, orders are shipped immediately if in stock. If the items are out of stock they are back ordered and will not be charged until the items are ready to ship.
For shipping within Canada, all items are shipped through Canada Post and you will be provided with the tracking number. We make our best effort to keep the shipping rates as low as possible.
All applicable Canadian provincial taxes will be charged when ordering.
For shipping internationally, taxes and duties will be charged at the time of import directly to the customer, and are not included in your invoice from Talis.
All merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition, for exchange or credit. We also require your proof of purchase.
As we do create in small batch quantities, it is possible that we may no longer have that design in stock. We will do our best to exchange your item for the original one.
All repairs are free of charge on beaded items for life. If you come to a retail show where Talis will be, we will do our best to repair your item within an hour.
Please notify us before shipping any items and provide us with a tracking number for returned items. No refunds will be given on shipping costs. Please clearly label packages as follows when returning items:
